Unit 150 at 5751 Cedarbridge recently got a fabulous demo and update by our hardworking Team. The space was opened up, pared down and the carpet removed to reveal cool concrete. Our Operations Team has been busy at work the last few months doing demo and renovations at some of our properties so that potential new tenants can envision their business dreams. Bringing the Christmas Spirit…

If any year needed a dash of spirit and magic, this would certainly be it. We worked really hard to make it happen but were able to get lights put up around Fraser Heights Village to bring the tenant-clients and their customers and network some added Christmas cheer and warmth. I think we've all noticed our cities and neighbourhoods a little more lit-up than usual and it certainly feels cheerful. To all of those we work with, Happy Holidays and may the new year bring you a momentum towards new opportunities and increased success. You all deserve it! Mulch Madness & Periodic Pruning

Coming into summer, we've had a few properties undergo some lovely upkeep via new mulch and pruning of the landscaping. We aim for clean lines and aesthetically pleasing patches with plant & flower life that is interesting and appropriate for the area.

Curb appeal is important and year-round greenery is the magic that makes living and working on the West Coast unparalleled!

Now that we're on Instagram (definitely friend us if you haven't yet), we've been delighted to see some of our Tenants posting about their storefronts opening or preparing to open for business. That makes us so happy for them and their employees. It's been an unprecedented few months for all of us. All the best to these wonderful businesses and all our other tenant-businesses as they embark on this next chapter!

The Show Must Go On! Continuing Improvements Despite Covid-19

While we deeply regret some of our tenant-businesses must be closed, we are still completing projects of improvement and maintenance so when things normalize, there will be upgrades to be happy about. 7800-7900 Alderbridge Way is currently getting brand new cladding, a durable material that is weather & heat resistant. Additionally, landscaping is being worked on including pruning which makes way for beautiful spring to bloom. Planter rebuilds and power washing is also underway thanks to Alex & Craig!

Richmond Businesses Get a New Look!

5751 Cedarbridge Way in Richmond, BC saw new cladding (metal siding) installed over the autumn giving the facade a new look. Cladding also provides thermal insulation and weather resistance.
